Kirkwood Builders of Arizona has been framing houses in northern Arizona since 1983. We frame as the general contractor on our own projects, and we frame as a subcontractor for other general contractors and for owners building their own homes. Both, continuously, since 1983.
What a framing package includes
The complete rough frame of a house or structure:

Who we frame for
General contractors who need a framing crew that shows up, frames to the plan, and does not leave problems behind for the trades that follow.
Owners running their own build who need the shell put up by people who have done it here before.
We know what a GC needs from a framing sub, because we are one.
Where we frame
The same territory as the rest of our work. Sedona and the Verde Valley — Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Cornville and Camp Verde — and we travel to Prescott, Prescott Valley and Flagstaff for selected projects.

Licensed and insured
Kirkwood Builders of Arizona LLC holds Arizona ROC license #328394 and carries general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
