Every lot in Sedona builds differently
No two lots here build the same way. The terrain rolls, and a few feet of elevation changes the view, the approach, and where the house wants to sit. Reading that correctly, before anything is drawn, is most of the job.
That is what building here since 1983 actually teaches you — how to find what a particular lot is good for and get the most out of it, and which route through a build is the efficient one for the owner.
We would rather spend the time up front. That is where an owner’s budget is protected, and it is the part that never shows up on a bid sheet.
