Peach Tree VRBO

A rental property in Uptown Sedona, given a full refresh.

A rental gets judged by the people staying in it, not by the owner, and most of them arrive tired. They have been out on the trails all day. What matters is that the place is comfortable when they walk back in, and that the views are there when they want them.

That is what this remodel was aimed at. A full refresh rather than a rebuild, done to fit the house into Uptown Sedona rather than stand out from it.

The result is somewhere to wind down at the end of a day and be ready for the next one.

Clinkscale

A full remodel of a hotel, bar and grill in historic Jerome. The building was 120 years old when we took it on.

The focus was the historic elements — keeping them and restoring them rather than tearing them out. On a building that age those details are the whole character of the place, and once they are gone you do not get them back.
